Sheffield United vs West Brom

For what feels like the 20th Friday in-a-row, we have an evening Championship fixture involving West Brom. The Baggies travel to Bramall Lane to take on Sheffield United in a top-of-the-table clash which will hopefully not disappoint. Sheffield started the season off well racking up the points but unfortunately for them recently they just haven’t been able to see out games and have missed out on vital points that could aid their title hopes. West Brom have had a very similar season to the Blades and have in fact drawn their last two games which hints that they also fail to see out games, however they have had no problem scoring this season scoring 44, the most of any club and they haven’t lost a game in 5. The way I see it, I think that this could be a high scorer but the fact that both sides struggle to close out games it could be a draw but with West Brom recent form in mind, they just might be able to close it out.

Game Changers: Sharp, Mcgoldrick, Gayle and Rodriguez

Man City vs Everton

Sadly for Everton fans, I think this one could be quite a difficult one for them. Man City are simply a very good side and even when taking into account their recent loss to Chelsea they are still a world class side and have so much talent in their line up. City have the ability to score goals all over the park and the silky, smooth style of football that Pep instils into his players is wonderful to see. Also with veteran striker Aguero up top, the Everton defence will be tested. Everton however have been ok recently but two draws and a loss in their last 3 don’t really help their confidence going into this one. Going forward they are a threat and with Richarlison in up top, they are capable of bagging a goal, its just if they really can break through this experienced City defence.

Game Changers: Aguero, De Bruyne, Richarlison and Pickford

Fulham vs West Ham

Fulham are in a spot of bother at the moment finding themselves bottom. From the hopes of a top ten finish at the start of the year to last with nine points and heading into this game with a 4-1 defeat to Man United, things haven’t gone according to plan. However, with Ranieri, there is light at the end of the tunnel, a very small light but he did the impossible with Leicester so maybe he can keep Fulham up. West Ham, on the other hand, are doing ok this season and are just slowly getting there, with 9 goals scored in their last three. I think they seem to be doing very well indeed. Anderson has been a fantastic signing and his goal against Palace the other week was fantastic and with him going up against this troubled Fulham defence, all hell could break loose.

Game Changers: Mitrovic, Anderson, Chicarito and Arnautovic

Southampton vs Arsenal

In recent times this has been a bit of a tense fixture for the gunners who sometimes struggle at St Mary’s. Speaking of which Southampton have been really struggling this year and are in 19th place with a lot of catching up to do. Now that Sparky’s reign is over and Ralph Hasselhuttl has taken the reigns, who knows, maybe he could guide this team to survival, but this game I think will be very difficult for them as Arsenal will punish their mistakes. Arsenal, on the other hand, haven’t lost in 22 games, a huge feat and one I’m sure gunners fans are keen on keeping. I say it every time but Lucas Torreira in the heart of that team is a quality signing and will cause real trouble for the Southampton team, not only can he boss the midfield but he can also score bicycle kicks and he’s only 5 foot 5!

Game Changers: Lemina, Redmond, Torreira, Aubameyang

Liverpool vs Man United

Its a big derby on Sunday again and what a game this is going to be Ladies and Gentlemen. We all know the history, prestige and passion in game and I promise this will be a cracker. A combination of Anfields Atmosphere and the history of this match makes this a must win for both sides. Liverpool are top of the league and through to the round of 16 in the Champions league just like their counterparts United who are also through. Salah is in form at the moment and that only means one thing which is goals, goals and more goals and this would be enough to stop most teams but United have De Gea so that makes things alot harder. United are probably very nervous this week due to the fact they are coming to this game with Lukakus first touch and Phil Jones supernatural ability to score won goals in the locker. However for me United seem to be able to turn up in these games and remember last season they drew here and i think something similar will happen again as attacking wise with Rashford and Martial they are deadly.

Game Changers: Salah, Van Djik, De Gea and Pogba

Derby County vs Notts Forest

Last but not least in this list we have another championship game on a Monday night but luckily for us its a top of the table clash between 4th place derby and 7th place Notts Forest. Both sides have been in ok form in their last five with Deby winning 3 and losing two and Notts forest winning two drawing two and losing one. Derby have been impressive under Lampard and his ability to use youth hungry for an opportunity and a chance to play have been very successful in getting themselves key results. Most notably Wilson on loan from Liverpool has been in great form recently and a real threat. Notts forest have been scoring easily in their last 5 scoring 9 in 5 and the big man up top Grabban scoring 15 this season and assisting two a tough task for the Derby defence. Overall I think Derby will pip this one on account of them being at home and playing well recently.

Game Changers: Wilson, Mount, Grabban and Lolley
