Norwich vs Swansea City

Another championship game to kick off our fantastic weekend of football. Norwich are flying high in the league at the moment leading the championship by two points and playing a nice brand of football which I’m sure is a nice change for Canaries fans. Furthermore, Norwich currently have the leagues top scorer Pukki on their book which I think will certainly give them a lot of confidence going into this game as I’m sure the fans think they will score against a Swansea side that sits thirteen places below them. On the topic of Swansea, they have certainly fallen from grace since their Premier league days last season sitting fourteenth place, however their form recently has been quite impressive with 3 wins and 2 draws aswell as a big 4 – 1 win over Brentford. This game will be a tough one but with 3 wins in their last 3 i think Norwich will take this one.

Game Changers: Pukki, Klose, McBurnie and Fer

Crystal Palace vs Brighton and Hove Albion

For some reason, these teams just don’t like each other which as a neutral makes a fantastic game to watch as I think we all love a rivalry. Palace certainly seems to have the upper hand in this game as Brighton haven’t won at Selhurst Park for 34 years which doesn’t bring a lot of confidence but on the other hand, Palace have only won 13 points from 14 matches at home which does present some food for thought. Palace have been in good form as of late winning 3 drawing 1 and losing 1 with rivals Brighton also being in good form winning 3 and drawing 2. For me I feel Palace have just recently made something click and with Brighton’s poor away record this season I think they will get the job done.

Game Changers: Batshuyai, Zaha, Murray and Andone

Manchester City vs Watford

I think this one is a foregone conclusion as its the current league holders and the team who are the current champions against Watford. City are in red hot form at the moment and it simply seems like they cant be beaten by anyone and they haven’t lost in their last five and are just cruising the league. Watford, on the other hand, are definitely going to struggle in this one as they simply aren’t as good as this phenomenal city side with world-class talent and that’s why I think they will win this game. Unfortunately for Watford, I think this will be a high scorer as they conceded quite a few at Liverpool and I think it will happen here.

Game Changers: Aguero, De Bruyne, Sane and Gray

Birmingham vs Aston Villa

Its a big big derby on Sunday that always provides an entertaining match. Both sets of fans simply do not like each other at all and this creates a tense and exciting atmosphere. City are above rivals Villa this season and this is partially down to the heroics of striker Che Adams who has been simply lethal. Birmingham have looked threatening this season and are going to be tough for Villa to hold back. Speaking of Villa their talisman Abraham hasn’t really struggled with scoring this season scoring the same amount as Adams. I simply think this game comes down to which side can hold back the others attack and stop Jack Grealish scoring absolute screamers.

Game Changers: Adams, Jutkiewicz, Grealish and Abraham

Chelsea vs Wolves

Its just one of those where you think an upset is coming. Wolves beat Chelsea earlier in the season and with their form against the big six in mind are in such a good position to get a big result. Anyway, the home side, the Blues, have dropped to sixth in the table and in their recent form in all competitions have won 3 and lost 2 and have recently won against Tottenham. However, i sought of get a feeling its like Chelsea are papering over the cracks as there is still a bit of internal struggle and moreover i didn’t feel they produced a convincing performance against Fulham. Wolves are simply the strangest team in this league as they have ost to Huddersfield but have also beaten Liverpool. I think for some reason Wolves will cause an upset here and it will be huge for ther European hopes.

Game Changers: Hazard, Willian, Neves and Jimenez

Arsenal vs Manchester United

Probably the biggest game on this list as the rivalry runs very deep. Over the years we have seen these games come to blows, title wins and Patrick Vieira vs Roy Keane. I am certain this will be an entertaining game. Arsenal were extremely unlucky not to get a result at Tottenham and definitely. deserved 3 points not just 1. However their opponents United have just come off the back of a monumental win against PSG to advance into the quarterfinals of the champions league. Unfortunately, I think United are going to win this one just on the basis of their current form.

Game Changers: Lacazette, Ozil, Rashford and Lukaku.
