Watford vs Crystal Palace

This is one of the better ties in the cup this weekend and it pits two fairly decent teams against each other. Funnily enough, these teams have exactly the same form in their last five, winning their first two then losing, then winning again and both losing their previous match. Both sides have played some pretty tough opposition in these games it has to be mentioned. Watford are a different side this year compared to last year and are battling it out with Wolves for that last European place. Palace, on the other hand, have struggled this year and have better away form than at home. Furthermore, they lost the derby against Brighton at home in their last match and this won’t have helped their confidence that much. However, with their decent away form in mind, I think Palace will cause an upset in this one and they certainly have the quality to do so.

Leeds United vs Sheffield United

This not only could be an automatic promotion spot decider it could be a title decider. Only two points separate these teams from each other and I’m sure both know how much this game could help improve their position. Leeds have won their last three games whereas United haven’t lost in their last six making this clash even more exciting. For me it simply comes down to the fact that Leeds have the advantage here as they are in the better position in the table and also are at home and with their crowd behind them they can really go far here.

Game Changers: Jansson, Roofe, Sharp and Henderson

Wolves vs Manchester United

Probably the most exciting tie in the FA Cup this weekend and it the giants of England vs the giant killers. Wolves who only got promoted to the top flight last year have simply been superb this season and they are now currently in a Europa League place. Nuno’s side have been outstanding and this squad (mainly built from Portuguese talent) have really shown their worth and seem to be better against the bigger sides than the bottom of the table sides this year. United, on the other hand, have been completely transformed under Solskjaer and lost their first game in the league to Arsenal at the weekend since he took over in December which in its own right should give him the contract. He’s managed to get a dishearten group of players to idolise him and that’s commendable. However, Wolves are just good against the big teams and seem to be able to beat anyone and i just feel they will do it again here. If they can do it against Liverpool they can do it against United.

Game Changers: Neves, Jimenez, Pogba and De Gea

Fulham vs Liverpool

After Wednesday nights heroics i think we know who is winning this one. Simply Fulham haven’t won a game in ages and have lost their last five. Whereas Liverpool just beat Bayern away from home to progress into the next round of the Champions League. I know Liverpool are going to get a hat full here and I fully expect Mane to continue his stunning form.

Game Changers: Mitrovic, Mane, Van Dijk and Firmino

AC Milan vs Inter Milan

The ‘Derby della Madonnina’ (hows my Italian for you) is an iconic game in world football that through the years has seen some amazing teams go up against each other and produce some thrilling matches. AC Milan have been playing a lot better this season as they are now third and above their rivals, Inter, by only one point which similarly to the Leeds vs Sheffield United game, adds to the overall excitement of this match. One person to point out is young Donnarumma who has an incredibly bright career ahead of him. He is extremely talented and coupled with players such as Suso, Piatek and Calabria, the future of AC Milan looks very bright indeed. Their rivals, on the other hand, are also playing rather well this year and have some headline players of their own such as Icardi, Perisic, Skriniar and im sure they will be absolutely gunning to get one over their rivals and move ahead of them in the table. This is simpy an incredible game to watch but i jst feel AC Milan will have the crowd behind them and will get this one over the line.

Game Changers: Donnarumma, Suso, Icardi and Skriniar

Paris Saint Germain vs Marseille

What a game we have saved for last. Two of the biggest clubs in France pitting themselves against each other. PSG will probably win this game as they are at home and have all their fantastic signings at their disposal. However, Marseille haven’t lost in their last five and their secret weapon the one the only Balotelli is just one of those players that turns up in these big games and this is a risky bet but if you fancy a flutter you might just want to put your money on Marseille

Game Changers; Mbappe, Neymar, Thauvan and Balotelli
